The rich, cream counterpart to Amara’s retinol serum — and, like the serum, it earns credit for using genuine retinol rather than a weak ester, delivered at a gentle, blend-based low dose in a nourishing shea-and-oil base. It’s a comforting way for dry skin to ease into vitamin A. The familiar caveats apply: the ‘2.5%’ overstates the real dose, the ‘botanical hyaluronic acid’ is cassia gum, and it contains propolis (not vegan), alcohol, and fragrant geranium, plus the standard retinol rules (PM-only, sunscreen essential, not pregnancy-safe). A fair, gentle beginner retinol cream for dry skin.
