Asepxia’s 2% salicylic acid in a portable, no-rinse medicated towelette — a convenience play for treating oily, breakout-prone skin away from the sink. A lightly humectant base makes them less harsh than the brand’s alcohol-heavy astringent lotion, and for gym bags and travel they’re genuinely handy. But the alcohol and fragrance limit them for sensitive skin, and single-use wipes cost more per use than a bottle. Good for convenience, not for economy.
