Knock Out is a gentle, thoughtfully-soothed spot treatment for individual pimples — one that calms a breakout rather than aggressively drying it. Its 1.8% salicylic acid (delivered largely through plant sources) clears the pore, while azelaic acid fades the mark, zinc PCA cuts oil and inflammation, and aloe, licorice, and elderberry soothe. Crucially it’s oil-free and water-based, making it fungal-acne safe — rare and welcome in an acne product. The honest notes are that plant-derived salicylic acid is milder than synthesized, it’s a tiny 10 mL, and it only treats existing pimples. But for gently calming the occasional breakout, especially on sensitive or fungal-acne-prone skin, it’s a smart, well-made little product at a fair price.
