The classic settle-don’t-shake pink spot treatment, doing exactly one thing well: drying out a surfaced whitehead overnight for a few dollars. Salicylic acid, sulfur and zinc make a genuinely effective dab-on paste for individual pimples. Just know its limits — it’s harsh, smells of sulfur, does nothing for deep cysts, and is strictly a targeted fix, not an acne routine.
